Teens are perhaps the first to sport new trends to keep abreast with the times. The latest trend among teen girls shows them embracing cosmetic surgery of the breast in a bid to enhance their looks. Many of them have gone under the knife for breast implants which they confess would serve a double purpose – enhance their sex appeal as well as perk up lost self esteem. Kevin Johnson, Microsoft’s President, of Platforms & Services Division sent out this memo to Microsoft employees and outlined company’s strategy in online advertising and Microsoft. He refers to the press statement issued in reference to Yahoo. The company is sending mixed messages both to the outside world and its employees.
